How much does it cost?

Will I be I charged extra if my flight is delayed?

No; after all, why should you have to pay for something that isn't your fault? We check your arrival time before we dispatch your driver.

Where will I be met at the airport?

Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area. If you have provided your mobile number we will call you if we have difficulty finding you. You can also ring us if you wish, and we'll pass on any message to your driver.

Do you operate a fixed price policy?

Yes, the price you're quoted is the price you pay. This allows for up to 40 minutes waiting time after the plane lands. After that, each 15 minute period will be charged at £5. Car parking is to be paid to the driver, who will give you a receipt.

Are your prices per car or per person?

All our prices are quoted per vehicle.

How early should I book my car?

You should book it at least 24 hours in advance. If you need a car at shorter notice, please call us to confirm availability.

Will you meet me at any time of day?

Yes, we offer a 24-hour service and our number is always manned.

What is your cancellation policy?

We refund your booking in full providing you tell us you don't need your car up to 24 hours of the booking. We don't give refunds after that time has elapsed.
